Congratulations to Mr. Matthew Beale for his appointment as Partner at Austen Morris Associates. Working in the Head Office in Shanghai Mr. Beale recently moved into the role of Business Development Manager expanding the company into new regions. Most recently he has facilitated the opening of the newest office in Suzhou. Matthew directly manages a team of fifteen advisors and their support staff, as well as his own clients, on six continents around the world, managing over $65 million institutional contracts internationally. His expertise is in creating financial portfolios that are tailored to individual client's goals and objectives.

Previous to his role at Austen Morris Associates, Matthew worked at Citigroup where he lead his division to earn Branch of the Year in 2002 and 2003. Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree with honors in European Business Management from the University of Wales in Cardiff and a MBA specializing in Financial Marketing Management and Global Financial strategy form the Cardiff Business School. He speaks both English and French fluently. Matthew with his wife Eleanor and young daughter Caitlin are all from Britain and reside in Shanghai.
